I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is excellent, being right next to the metro and close to the old town, which was perfect for my sightseeing plans. The rooms were modern and nicely furnished, but they were unbearably hot even with the radiator turned off. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, though there were moments of contention during a misunderstanding. Dining could have been better; I found it lacking for a 4-star establishment. Overall, I think there's great potential, but a few key areas need improvement.
